**About the job**
As a printer, you are responsible for producing high-quality cardboard packaging for well-known brands at home and abroad. You work on modern printing machines and monitor print quality throughout the process. Together with your team, you keep production running smoothly and respond to deviations and minor faults. Your technical knowledge keeps the machines running at their best, and you have a real say in making the workplace safe and efficient. You work a 4-shift rotation in an innovative production facility. The client produces cardboard packaging for major brands you see every day in supermarkets and shops across Europe. Millions of units are produced from the site in Hoogerheide, with quality, innovation and sustainability at the centre of everything.
**What you'll do**
- Produce high-quality print work to customer specifications
- Set up, operate and adjust printing machines
- Fix minor technical faults
- Check quality during the production process
- Spot and implement process improvements
**What we ask**
- Completed technical education at MBO 3 level (Dutch vocational qualification) or equivalent
- Good command of Dutch
- Willing to work a 4-shift rotation
- Technical knowledge and an interest in production processes
- A quality-focused approach to your work
**What we offer**
- Gross monthly salary of €2,340.00 to €2,652.00, depending on experience (based on a 36-hour week)
