Production / Warehouse Worker Building Materials

About the job

The employer makes building materials used for houses and other structures. Known brands are Silka, Ytong, Hebel and Multipor. Your job is to prepare orders so customers get the right materials on time. You work in a two-shift system.

What you'll do

• Pick the right materials for orders
• Prepare packages for customers
• Strap packages and get them ready for shipping
• Check that orders are complete
• Help with processing finished products

What we ask

• Willing to do physical, hands-on work
• Accurate and careful about the quality of your work
• Available to work two shifts
• Follow safety rules at work
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team
• Good at organising your own work
• Able to think logically when sorting and distributing materials
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for warehouse and production work) or VVI diploma, or willing to get one

What we offer

• Up to €3,000 gross per month, including shift allowance
• 12% shift allowance for two-shift work
• 37.5-hour working week
• Fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanent employment
• Year-end bonus of 8.3%
• Travel reimbursement: €0.23 per kilometre
• Holiday allowance (vakantiegeld, a mandatory Dutch bonus on top of your salary) of 8.33%
• Holiday days accrued
