Production Worker – Packing

About the job

As a packing worker, you make sure customers get the right materials. You work with building materials and prepare packages based on customer orders. The work is physical. You work in a two-shift system.

What you'll do

• Pick the right materials for orders.
• Prepare packages according to customer requirements.
• Combine packages and get them ready for shipping.
• Check that all materials are complete.
• Help with processing finished products.
• Keep your workspace tidy and follow safety rules.

What we ask

• Available to work in a two-shift system.
• You work accurately and follow safety rules.
• You can organise your own tasks well.
• You are happy to work in a team and on your own.
• You communicate easily with others.
• You have a VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for industrial workplaces) or a VVI diploma, or you are willing to get one quickly.

What we offer

• Salary up to €3,000 gross per month, including shift allowance.
• 12% shift allowance for two-shift work.
• Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Annual payout of 8.3%.
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre.
• 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a mandatory annual bonus in the Netherlands).
