Production Worker – 2-Shift System

About the job

You work in the production of high-quality labels, leaflets and packaging for the pharmaceutical industry. You operate modern machines and make sure orders are completed to the highest quality standards.

What you'll do

• Operate, set up and change over production machines
• Complete orders according to quality requirements
• Carry out quality checks during the production process
• Report deviations or irregularities
• Fix minor faults and help with maintenance work
• Apply production techniques such as printing, cutting, die-cutting and varnishing
• Keep the workplace clean, safe and organised

What we ask

• Good command of Dutch, spoken and written
• Experience as a production worker or machine operator
• Attention to detail, focus on quality and willingness to work a 2-shift system

Job details

• Salary: €3,000 – €3,300 gross per month, including shift allowance
• Working week: 36 hours in a 2-shift system
• Morning shift: 06:15 – 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 13:45 – 22:00
• Friday evenings and weekends are often free
• Internal training provided. You learn to operate the machines within a few weeks
• Opportunities to move up in the production or technical department
