You work in the production of high-quality aerospace parts in Hoogeveen. Precision and teamwork are key here. New employees go through an extensive onboarding period of 6 to 9 months, with full support on the production floor.
What you'll do
- Remove products from moulds with attention to detail and quality
- Clean moulds, including removing adhesive residue, degreasing and applying a release layer
- Label products clearly so colleagues can read them easily
- Register completed work in the computer system for accurate administration
- Suggest improvements to keep the workplace safe and efficient
What we ask

What we offer
- Salary from €3,979 to €4,192 gross per month, including shift allowance
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
- Full time, 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system
- 27 days of annual leave and 13 ADV days (additional time off based on the CAO, the Dutch collective labour agreement) per year
- Travel costs reimbursed from 10 km one way
- Extensive onboarding programme of 6 to 9 months with on-the-job support
