About the job
As a food production worker at a cheese factory, you help keep the production process safe, efficient and running smoothly. This is physical, active work in a modern food production facility.
What you'll do
- Prepare and stack 15 kg cheese blocks for further processing
- Operate modern food production equipment
- Remove coatings from cheese using specialist machines
- Move products along production lines using an EPT (electric pallet truck)
- Keep your work area clean and tidy
- Work with colleagues to meet production plans
What we ask
- At least 18 years old
- Good physical condition and able to regularly lift 15 kg
- Available full-time in a 3-shift system
- Own transport and own accommodation
- Dutch or English language skills
- Experience with an EPT is a plus, but not required
What we offer
- €18.16 gross per hour (excluding bonuses)
- Performance bonus up to €2.00 per hour
- Shift allowances up to 40%
- Full-time employment
- Stable hours: Monday to Friday, weekends off
- 3-shift system: morning 06:00-14:00, afternoon 14:00-22:00, night 22:00-06:00
- 20 vacation days plus 4 extra flex days
- Vakantiegeld (holiday allowance) of 8%
- Travel costs reimbursed
- EPT training and certificate
- Possibility of a permanent contract
- Same pay and conditions as workers employed directly by the opdrachtgever (the client company), in line with the equal pay principle
