About the job
As a production worker at the client company in Almere, you work with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly and make sure products meet the required quality standards. You learn the tasks step by step, with support from experienced colleagues.
What you'll do
- Operating machines and carrying out quality checks
- Assembling and fitting metal parts
- Inspecting and packing finished products
- Following health and safety rules and quality standards
- Working with colleagues to meet production targets
You work in a 3-shift rotation
- Morning shift: 06:00-15:00 (Friday: 06:00-12:00)
- Afternoon shift: 15:00-00:00 (Friday: 15:00-00:00)
- Night shift: 00:00-06:00
What we ask
- Interest in production, technology or metalworking
- Accuracy and willingness to do physical work
- Willingness to learn new tasks and develop your skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability for the 3-shift rotation
- Own transport to the workplace in Almere (the location is not reachable by public transport)
No experience in production is required. Motivation, commitment and a willingness to learn are what count.
What we offer
- €20.66 gross per hour, including shift allowance
- Schedule of 24 to 40 hours per week, depending on the needs of the site. A minimum number of hours is not guaranteed
- Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometre for distances between 5 and 35 km
- Pension contributions from your first day
- Vakantiegeld (holiday pay) of 8%, a statutory supplement paid on top of your salary in the Netherlands
