Production Worker in Cleanroom

About the job

You work carefully with technical parts in a cleanroom in Nijmegen or Wijchen. You support a high-quality production process in the high-tech industry. You follow procedures, take initiative, and make sure every part is ready for the next step.

What you'll do

• Unpack, clean, and dry parts using an ultrasonic bath and oven
• Monitor cleaning processes, process containers, and product quality
• Pack, label, and document products with care
• Measure, cut, and bend pipes based on technical drawings
• Plan your work, solve practical problems, and hand over products correctly to logistics

What we ask

• At least a secondary education and proven technical knowledge
• 3 to 5 years of experience in production, engineering, or a similar work environment
• Experience with precise production work, measuring, or operating technical machinery
• Willingness to work in two shifts: 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00
• Dutch or English at B1 level or higher
• Living in the Netherlands with the right to work in the Netherlands

What we offer

• Gross base salary of €2,750 to €2,900 per month at full time
• Shift allowance of 17% on top of the base salary
• 26 vacation days and 13 ADV days (ADV: scheduled time off as part of a shorter working week, common in Dutch CAO agreements)
• Option to receive payment for ADV days
• Employment conditions according to CAO (CAO: collective labour agreement) Metaal & Techniek
