Production worker cookie factory

About the job

You work in production and packing at a cookie factory in Rucphen. You help keep the production process running smoothly and make sure the products meet quality standards.

What you'll do

• Packing freshly baked cookies
• Checking product quality
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy according to HACCP rules (food safety standards)
• Helping with setting up and changing over machines
• Fixing small machine faults on your own (after training)

What we ask

• You speak Dutch
• Experience in food production is a plus
• Flexible availability. If part-time, you work at least 2 days a week

Employment conditions

• Salary from €2,960 gross per month (including shift allowance and ADV, which is paid time off in lieu of extra hours worked). With more experience, up to €3,185 gross per month
• Shift allowance of 38% between 18:00 and 03:00, and 39% between 03:00 and 06:30
• 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, paid on top of your regular salary)
• Pension from your first day
• 25 days of holiday per year based on full-time hours
• Travel costs reimbursed from 5 km one way: €0.25 per km
• Free courses and training, including forklift
• Possibility of a permanent contract directly with the factory

Working hours (rotating 3-shift system)

• Morning shift: 07:00-15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00-23:00
• Night shift: 23:00-07:00 (starts Sunday evening)

For part-time hours, the schedule is arranged individually.
