Production Worker (part-time)

About the job

You work at a production facility in Dordrecht. Your tasks are packing and quality control of products like toast, rusks, and rice cakes. This is a part-time job with flexible shifts and good pay.

What you'll do

• Pack toast, rusks, and rice cakes
• Check product quality before shipping
• Fix small issues yourself and report bigger problems to the operator
• Keep your workstation clean and hygienic

What we ask

• Experience in production or packing work is required
• Good knowledge of Dutch or English
• Available for at least 2 full shifts per week, including Monday and Friday (both are required)
• You must work full shifts. Partial shifts are not possible.

Working conditions

• Pay: €16.10 gross per hour (including ADV allowance, a Dutch scheme where extra hours worked are compensated with paid time off)
• 38% shift bonus for hours between 18:00 and 03:00 (hourly rate is then €22.22)
• 39% shift bonus for hours between 03:00 and 06:30
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.25 per km, from 5 km one way
• Pension accrual from day one
• 8.33% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a statutory Dutch bonus paid on top of your salary)
• 25 holiday days based on full-time hours
• Paid weekly or every four weeks

Working hours

• Morning shift: 07:00-15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00-23:00
• Night shift (by arrangement): 23:00-07:00
• Monday to Friday, weekends possible by arrangement
