Production Worker (Part-Time)

About the job

You work at a production facility in Tilburg. Your tasks are packing and quality control of food products. The work follows a 3-shift schedule, including work in a cleanroom. Strict hygiene and quality standards apply.

What you'll do

• Packing products by hand and by machine
• Checking the quality of packed products
• Keeping your workstation clean and tidy
• Working with your team to meet production targets and solve problems

What we ask

• Available at least two days a week in a flexible shift schedule
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Looking for work for a longer period. Experience in packing or production is a plus

Employment conditions

• Hourly rate: €15.00 gross (from age 21)
• On a 3-shift schedule you get a 20% shift allowance, bringing the effective rate to €18.00 gross per hour
• On a 5-shift schedule you get a 29% shift allowance, bringing the effective rate to €19.35 gross per hour
• Paid breaks
• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km (up to 30 km one way) for people who live outside Tilburg
• Pension building from your first day
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay) of 8.33%
• 25 vacation days per year based on full-time hours
• Possibility of a permanent contract in the future
• Work clothing and safety footwear provided by the employer

Shift times

• Morning shift: 06:00 to 14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 to 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 to 06:00
