Production Worker

About the job

As an all-round production worker, you will work at different stations within production. You will learn the full production process and, depending on your experience and development, gradually get more independence and responsibility.

What you'll do

• Operating, setting up and monitoring various production machines
• Preparing fillings according to fixed recipes
• Mixing and processing different types of dough
• Baking and frying products
• Checking quality during the production process
• Preparing and weighing ingredients
• Reporting minor deviations or machine faults
• Supporting the packaging department when needed
• Cleaning machines, tools and workstations
• Working according to the applicable hygiene and safety rules

• Willingness to work at different stations in production
• Ability to take responsibility, not just follow instructions
• Willingness to learn recipes, machine operation and production processes
• Ability to work in a team and deliver orders on time and at the required quality

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate: €15.66; a higher rate is open to negotiation if you have relevant knowledge or experience
• Travel costs reimbursed
• 38-hour working week
• Working hours: 06:00 - 14:30 or 07:00 - 15:30 (to be agreed)
