Cleaning operative

About the job

You work morning hours at a fixed location in Almere. As a cleaning operative at Oostvaarderskliniek, you work Monday to Friday, 20 to 30 hours a week. You make sure the building is clean and safe for everyone.

What you'll do

• Clean the toilets and bathrooms
• Clean general rooms
• Clean waiting areas
• Mop and wash floors
• Keep shared spaces tidy

What we ask

• You work carefully and pay attention to detail
• You are discreet about what you see and hear at work
• You work independently and are reliable
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Experience in cleaning is a plus
• A VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct, a Dutch background check) is required. The costs and help with the application are provided

What we offer

• Hourly rate of €16.47 gross plus an IKB supplement (individual budget supplement) of €0.19, giving a total of €16.66 gross per hour
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre for everyone
• Holiday pay of 8.33% on top of gross salary
• 25 days of annual leave based on full-time hours
• Payment every Tuesday, or every 4 weeks if you prefer
