Specialist Cleaner

About the job

You work as a specialist cleaner at a drinking water production facility in Andijk. You keep the whole site clean, including production halls and buildings. You also help with planning the work of the team.

What you'll do

• Clean production halls and buildings after renovations, maintenance, or in emergency situations
• Carry out regular cleaning tasks across the whole site
• Coordinate work within the team and make sure tasks are done properly
• Stay in contact with the client and facility staff to make arrangements and solve problems as they come up
• Help plan tasks for yourself and your colleagues

What we ask

• Communicative level of Dutch (required)
• Experience in cleaning or physical work is a plus
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certification for working on industrial sites), or willingness to get one. You can obtain it during employment
• Driving licence category B is a plus
• Living in or near Andijk
• Good physical condition and able to work both independently and in a team

Pay and conditions

• Hourly rate: €15.52 to €17.04
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30
• Holiday allowance of 8.33% (vakantiegeld, a standard Dutch supplement paid on top of your salary)
