Cleaning Operative – Healthcare

About the job

You keep healthcare facilities in the Haarlem and Bentveld area clean and hygienic. Your work makes sure residents, visitors and medical staff have a clean and pleasant environment.

What you'll do

• Clean residents' rooms
• Clean toilets and bathrooms
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Keep corridors, day rooms and shared spaces clean
• Refill hygiene supplies when needed
• Report problems and defects to your supervisor

What we ask

• Experience in cleaning is a plus, but not required
• You work carefully and take hygiene seriously
• You are reliable and keep your commitments
• You can work independently
• You have a friendly and positive attitude
• You live near Haarlem or Bentveld, or can get there on your own
• You are happy to work in a healthcare setting

What we offer

• Pay from €15.52 gross per hour (from age 20)
• Flexible hours: 12 to 25 hours per week
• Weekly or four-weekly pay, your choice
• Vakantiegeld (holiday allowance) of 8.33%
• 25 holiday days based on full-time hours
• Pension accrual from your first day
• Travel costs reimbursed according to the CAO (collective labour agreement)
• Mobile app to log hours, view payslips and check pay information
• Work mainly Monday to Friday, mornings and early afternoons
