Maintenance Technician

About the job

As a maintenance technician, you take care of the repair and upkeep of packaging for sensitive high-tech components. You work with fixed instructions and together with your colleagues you keep the production process safe and running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Repair and inspect packaging according to checklists and work instructions
• Carry out preventive maintenance on packaging materials
• Work with hand tools and technical aids
• Spot and report deviations during the production process
• Log repairs and inspections in the system
• Load, unload and move materials using an electric pallet truck (EPT) or forklift
• Work with colleagues to make sure quality and safety standards are met

You work a 2-shift schedule

• Week 1: 06:00 - 15:00
• Week 2: 15:00 - 00:00

Shifts rotate every week. During your onboarding period you get detailed support and training so you can work independently quickly.

What we ask

• A technical mindset and a hands-on way of working
• Experience with maintenance work and reading technical drawings
• Experience with hand tools and an EPT or forklift
• A forklift certificate is a plus, or you can get one through the client company
• Willingness to work a 2-shift schedule
• Good English, at least B1 level
• Accurate and able to work on your own

What we offer

• Full time, 40 hours a week
• Gross salary of around €3,150 per month, including an 18% shift allowance
• 29 vacation days per year
