Ground worker / cable layer

About the job

You work on projects in public spaces. You dig trenches, lay cables, and help with installing masts and road infrastructure. The work takes place at different locations, mostly outdoors, in all weather conditions.

What you'll do

• Digging trenches for cables
• Laying cables in the ground
• Helping with mast and installation work
• Keeping the work site clean at the end of the day
• Working according to health and safety rules

What we ask

• Category B driving licence
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for working on construction and industrial sites) or willingness to get one
• Good knowledge of Dutch
• Physical fitness for ground work
• Able to work in a team and pay attention to detail
