Ground Worker – Electrical Infrastructure and Street Lighting

About the job

You work outside on electrical infrastructure projects. You dig trenches, lay cables, and help install masts and traffic lights. You work in all weather conditions, as part of a team.

What you'll do

• Digging trenches for cables
• Laying and connecting cables
• Helping to install masts and traffic lights
• Keeping the construction site clean and safe
• Cleaning and storing tools, and reporting any problems to the foreman

What we ask

• At least one year of experience in physical outdoor work or construction
• Category B driving licence
• VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for construction work), or willingness to get one
• Enough Dutch to understand instructions
