About the job

You prepare and coordinate planned maintenance projects from start to finish. You make sure every project is well prepared, technically, financially, and organizationally.

What you'll do

• You prepare budgets and maintenance plans
• You develop maintenance scenarios and assess inspection results, technical drawings, and data
• You monitor costs, schedules, and project risks
• You communicate with clients, contractors, and project managers
• You ensure complete handover of documentation for execution and propose efficient, sustainable solutions

What we ask

• Experience in preparing or coordinating technical or maintenance projects
• Good knowledge of technical and financial calculations
• Ability to work independently and communicate with different project parties
