Electrotechnical Service Engineer

About the job

The client is a full-service installer that designs, sells, installs, and services electrotechnical systems. We are looking for an Electrotechnical Service Engineer to work in the Aalsmeer region.

What you'll do

• Install and commission systems at customer sites, working independently
• Carry out fault analysis and fix issues on-site where possible
• Determine what materials and equipment are needed to resolve faults
• Write technical and commercial assessments for improving or expanding existing systems
• Stay up to date with new installations by attending training
• Follow the applicable quality and safety requirements

What we ask

• MBO level 3 or 4 thinking and working level, with a background in electrical engineering
• Several years of work experience in a similar role
• NEN 3140 certificate and a VCA (Dutch safety certificate for working conditions) or BHV (basic emergency response) diploma are a plus
• Living in the Aalsmeer region
• Focus on service work, not design work
