Electrotechnical Service Engineer

About the job

As an electrotechnical service engineer, you keep electrical installations running reliably. You work at client sites regularly, solving a range of technical problems. You respond quickly to breakdowns and work with the client to find the best solution.

What you'll do

• Install, connect and inspect new electrotechnical systems.
• Carry out installation inspections and maintenance work to catch faults early.
• Diagnose breakdowns, find the cause and carry out repairs.
• Answer technical questions from clients and advise them on practical solutions.
• Record results and completed work in the administration system.

What we ask

• At least an MBO level 2 qualification (Dutch vocational education, intermediate level) in electrical engineering.
• At least one year of work or internship experience in electrotechnics.
• Knowledge of cable laying, basic installation work and reading technical diagrams.
• Clear communication with colleagues and clients, and the ability to work in a team.
• Open to guidance from experienced engineers and willing to keep developing your skills.
