Technical Systems Service Engineer

About the job

The client is a specialist in innovative and sustainable technical installations, based in Eindhoven. You work on technical solutions that improve the reliability and safety of installations at customer sites.

What you'll do

• Diagnose faults: you spot technical problems, analyse failures and find effective solutions quickly
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs to prevent breakdowns and keep installations in good condition
• Inspect mechanical installations and report suggestions for improvements to reliability, safety and efficiency
• Advise customers on smart and sustainable solutions and options for further improving their installations
• Document work carried out, failures and findings, so everyone knows what has been done and what the next steps are

What we ask

• MBO diploma in mechanical engineering, installation technology or a related technical field
• Knowledge of heating installations and mechanical systems, and the ability to solve technical problems
• Willingness to obtain a VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for contractors) and a hoogwerker (aerial work platform) operator certificate
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies when needed and to respond flexibly to situations
• Good communication with customers and colleagues, and a focus on practical and lasting solutions

What we offer

• Salary from €2,500 to €2,600 gross per month
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Working hours from 32 to 40 hours per week
• 25 days of annual leave and 13 ADV days (scheduled shorter working hours under Dutch labour agreements)
