Water Treatment Systems Service Technician

About the job

The client is a specialist in designing, producing and installing water treatment systems for horticulture and industry, active in the market for 30 years. As a service technician you will work on complete installations built entirely on site, from design through to assembly. You get the chance to grow technically and to see the results of your work.

What you'll do

• Inspect, adjust and improve water treatment installations
• Analyse faults and fix them in a thoughtful, practical way
• Carry out service work at customer sites, both in the Netherlands and abroad
• Document work carried out, findings and recommendations
• Work together on reliable solutions and actively suggest improvements

What we ask

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role
• Experience with or interest in water installations and industrial technology
• A technical background, for example in mechanics, electrical engineering or installation technology
• Willingness to travel abroad and to advise customers in a professional way
• Attention to detail, a focus on the customer and on solutions, and the ability to work in a team

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary from €3,750 to €5,000, based on 40 hours per week
• 25 days of annual leave and 13 ADV days (ADV is a Dutch scheme that reduces working hours through extra days off)
