Access Control Systems Installer and Technician

About the job

You work as an installer and service technician in the Heerenveen region. You install and commission electronic locks, access control systems and automatic doors at customer sites.

What you'll do

• Install and service electronic locks, automatic doors and access control systems at customer locations
• Manage work orders via tablet: you read orders, drawings and plans before each visit
• Travel to customers in a fully equipped service van (Volkswagen Transporter)
• Talk to customers on site and hand over completed work in a professional way
• One week per quarter you are on 24/7 emergency standby (with a €25 allowance per standby day)

What we ask

• You live in or around Heerenveen
• You have a technical interest and can work with power tools (such as a router)
• You are willing to be on emergency standby for 1 week per quarter (4 weeks per year in total)
• Experience with automatic doors, electronic locks or access control systems is a strong plus
• You are comfortable using a tablet and can communicate clearly with customers

What we offer

• Gross salary from €3,400 to €3,900 per month, depending on experience
• Monthly expense allowance of €45 net
• Working hours are counted from the moment you leave home until you return home
