Maintenance Technician

About the job

You are responsible for keeping various technical installations running properly. You carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on your own, analyse faults, and make sure they are fixed quickly and correctly. You stay in contact with the client and actively suggest the right, lasting solutions.

What you'll do

• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on technical installations independently
• Analyse and fix faults
• Inspect and adjust installations
• Flag possible improvements or additional work
• Take part in on-call emergency duty
• Document completed work carefully in reports and administration
• Maintain contact with the client and advise on suitable solutions

What we ask

• A completed technical vocational education, minimum MBO level 3 (Dutch vocational qualification), in a relevant field
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in service and maintenance
• Broad knowledge of installation technology
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Client-focused and results-focused attitude
• Willingness to take on emergency on-call duty
• Solution-focused approach, initiative, attention to quality, and good planning and organisational skills

• Monthly salary of €3,000 to €4,600 gross, depending on experience
• 38 days of leave, including 13 ADV days (ADV: scheduled days off to reduce working hours, common in Dutch employment contracts)
