Structural Metalworker / Welder

**About the job**

You work as a structural metalworker and welder in Zaandam. You assemble and process metal structures on your own, working from technical drawings.

**What you'll do**

• You read, understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• You prepare and assemble structures and components according to the applicable guidelines
• You carry out welding work on steel, stainless steel and aluminium using MIG/MAG, TIG and electrode techniques
• You check the quality of welds and make corrections where needed
• You keep equipment and tools in good condition and maintain a clean and safe workplace

**What we ask**

• Experience with MIG/MAG, TIG or electrode welding
• Ability to work independently from technical drawings
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
