Structural fitter / welder

About the job

You work on assembling steel structures, including frames, chassis and components. You read technical drawings, put parts together and make sure the work is precise.

What you'll do

• Welding parts using MIG/MAG to create strong and safe structures
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Assembling components such as axles, couplings, brake systems and other parts
• Checking your own work and keeping the quality high

What we ask

• Experience as a structural fitter or welder
• Ability to weld using MIG/MAG
• Ability to read technical drawings and attention to quality
