About the job

You weld metal structures and parts for a client in the Friesland region. You do MIG/MAG welding work based on technical drawings and instructions. Every day is different. Projects vary in materials, structures, and welding methods.

What you'll do

• Weld metal structures and parts
• Carry out MIG/MAG welding work
• Read and understand technical drawings
• Assemble, tack, and weld structures
• Process, grind, and finish metal parts
• Check welds and finished products
• Carry out custom and construction work
• Work according to health, safety, and quality standards
• Keep your workspace clean and safe

What we ask

• MBO (vocational) level, preferably in metal technology
• Experience as a welder is a plus
• Experience with MIG/MAG welding
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Precise and quality-focused
• Can work independently and in a team
• Motivated and willing to learn
• A welding certificate is a plus
• A category B driving licence is a plus

• Salary from €2,800 to €3,600 gross per month, depending on experience and knowledge
• Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week
