Welder / Structural Metal Worker

About the job

We are looking for an experienced welder and structural metal worker. You will work on steel and stainless steel structures in the metal industry. The work includes custom structures, industrial parts and complete assemblies. You work from technical drawings.

What you'll do

• Assemble and tack-weld steel and stainless steel structures using technical drawings
• Weld different types of metal using MIG/MAG
• Process materials by sawing, drilling, grinding and cutting
• Check dimensions and weld quality
• Keep your workspace safe, clean and organised

What we ask

• Completed MBO (Dutch vocational education) in metal engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a welder and structural metal worker
• Experience with MIG/MAG welding
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• You work independently and pay attention to detail

What we offer

• Salary from €3,000 to €3,800 gross per month, depending on experience
• Possibility of a permanent contract
• 25 holiday days and 13 ATV days (reduced working hours days)
• Travel costs reimbursed according to the CAO (Dutch collective labour agreement)
• Access to training and courses
• Salary based on inlenersbeloning (the pay rate of the client company) as set out in the CAO
