Trainee Welder / Junior Welder

About the job

As a trainee welder, you take part in making high-quality technical products for the semiconductor and medical industries. You don't need experience. A personal training plan takes you through welding step by step. You work alongside experienced colleagues, learn to use modern equipment, and build your technical skills in a professional but relaxed workplace.

What you'll do

• Learn MIG/MAG and TIG welding and work precisely with thin sheet metal
• Assemble parts: read technical drawings and put together components and modules
• Check the quality of your own work and make sure every product meets the high quality standards
• Work safely with modern machines and tools and follow the health and safety rules
• Gradually grow your technical skills and take on more independence and responsibility in the welding process

• Salary from €2,800 to €3,400 gross per month
• Possibility of a permanent contract with good performance
• Flexible working week: 32 to 40 hours per week
