About the job
As a working team leader, you are responsible for both the cleanliness of the building and the smooth cooperation within your team. You do the cleaning work yourself and at the same time make sure your colleagues know what to do. You work at a school in Barneveld, Monday to Friday, from 10:30 to 17:30, 32 hours a week.
What you'll do
- Vacuuming and cleaning classrooms, offices, and other rooms
- Cleaning toilets and keeping them hygienic
- Carrying out daily cleaning tasks yourself
- Dividing tasks and coordinating the work of your colleagues
- Checking the quality of the work and making sure everything is done correctly
- Supporting, guiding, and motivating team members
- Keeping an overview and making sure the working day runs smoothly
What we ask
- Experience in cleaning
- Ability to lead a small team and take responsibility
- You work independently, show initiative, and have an eye for quality
- Available Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 17:30
