Logistics Supervisor

About the job

You lead a team of teamleaders and more than 200 people at a logistics centre in Zwolle. The centre processes up to 200,000 parcels a day. Your role combines people management with improving logistics processes.

What you'll do

• You lead and coach teamleaders and monitor the results of their teams
• You analyse the full logistics process and spot bottlenecks early
• You solve operational problems with lasting and effective solutions
• You hold regular coaching and development conversations with employees
• You are the point of contact for other locations, colleagues and clients

What we ask

• Several years of experience in a management role in logistics or operations
• Knowledge of Lean methodology and ERP systems
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system: 07:00-15:30, 15:00-23:30, 23:00-07:30

Salary and conditions

• Gross salary from €3,505.58 to €5,009.52 per month (based on 40 hours per week, depending on experience)
• Shift allowance from €320 to €450 gross per month
• 23 vacation days plus 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay paid on top of your salary once a year)

• Travel cost reimbursement of €0.23 per km (up to 30 km one way)
