You work in Veldhoven on systems used in the semiconductor industry worldwide. You don't need to know everything on day one. What matters is a technical background or experience, hands-on work, and a willingness to learn.
What you'll do
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic parts
- Build complex modules using technical drawings and work instructions
- Install, align, and precisely adjust components
- Carry out measurements, tests, and quality checks
- Analyse deviations and technical problems
- Solve faults and technical issues, alone or as part of a team
- Record test results, completed actions, and deviations digitally
- Work according to quality, safety, and cleanroom procedures
What we ask
- A completed technical education or relevant technical work experience
- Interest in precision engineering, mechanics, and complex technical systems
- A practical and accurate way of working
- An analytical approach and the ability to solve technical problems
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Ability to read and understand technical work instructions in English
- Willingness to work manually, with tools and technical equipment
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is not required. Candidates with a background as assembler, machine assembler, mechatronics technician, maintenance technician, or a similar role are welcome to apply
What we offer
- Starting salary of €3,276.88 gross per month based on full-time hours
- Shift allowance of 25.1% on top of gross salary
- Annual bonus of 8.33% (thirteenth month)
- Vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory annual bonus) of 8%
- ADV allowance of 0.65% (ADV refers to reduced working hours under the Dutch CAO, the collective labour agreement)
- Compensation for extra leave days of 0.87%
- Travel cost reimbursement of €0.21 net per kilometre
- Two-shift work schedule
