Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician

About the job

You work on installing, maintaining and repairing refrigeration, freezing and air conditioning systems. Depending on your experience, you work independently or together with more experienced colleagues.

What you'll do

• Install and commission refrigeration, freezing and air conditioning systems
• Carry out planned maintenance on installations
• Find and fix technical faults
• Analyse technical problems and choose the right solutions
• Advise customers on how to use and improve their installations

For candidates without experience

• Interest in technology and a willingness to learn the trade on the job
• Willingness to obtain professional certificates, such as F-gas certification
• Good at working with customers and colleagues

For candidates with experience

• Hands-on experience in refrigeration or air conditioning
• Relevant professional certificates, such as F-gas certification
• Able to analyse and solve technical problems independently

What we offer

• Salary from €2,550 to €4,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience
• 25 holiday days per year
• Holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) of 8%, a standard Dutch bonus paid on top of your salary
