About the job

You work on the maintenance and management of mechanical and electrical installations in public buildings, such as schools, hospitals and offices. You work on your own and as part of a team, together with colleagues and subcontractors.

What you'll do

• You carry out technical maintenance on mechanical and electrical installations
• You fix faults and make sure they are resolved quickly and properly
• You carry out planned maintenance work and support upgrades to installations
• You write clear reports of the work you have done
• You work with colleagues and subcontractors within a contract team

What we ask

• Experience in maintaining mechanical or electrical installations
• Ability to solve technical problems on your own
• Willing to work both independently and in a team
