About the job

You work as a geotechnical technician based in Maastricht. You carry out measurements, take samples and analyse data at quarries and other locations across Europe.

What you'll do

• Carry out measurements, take samples and perform checks at quarries and other locations.
• Calculate available raw materials and assess slopes and embankments.
• Process, analyse and report measurement and test results.
• Support geotechnical inspections and the technical execution of work.
• Work from Maastricht with travel to the Benelux countries and other European countries.

What we ask

• A technical qualification or documented experience in a related field, such as civil engineering, process technology or surveying.
• Experience with measurements, analysis, sampling or technical inspections.
• Good command of English. German or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home for several days in a row.
