Assembly Technician in Cleanroom

About the job

In this role you work on high-end technical modules and systems. Precision, quality and skill matter here. You combine hands-on technical work with reading drawings, carrying out checks and solving technical problems. Cleanroom experience is not required. A solid technical base and a willingness to learn are what count.

What you'll do

• Assembling technical modules: putting together parts and systems based on technical drawings and work instructions
• Working with precision tools: using hand tools and measuring instruments to assemble and calibrate components correctly
• Measuring and inspecting: carrying out measurements, quality checks and functional tests
• Spotting technical deviations: investigating problems, taking part in finding solutions and working together with colleagues
• Ensuring quality: checking that parts and components meet the required specifications
• Recording work: writing down measurement results and completed actions accurately
• Working with specialists: collaborating with experienced technicians, engineers and other staff
• Following cleanroom rules: sticking to strict hygiene, safety and product quality requirements

What we ask

• A technical MBO (Dutch vocational college) qualification in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, precision mechanics or similar
• Willingness to do hands-on work and a feel for technical tasks
• Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams or work instructions, or willingness to learn this
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• A focus on doing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and to function well in a team
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom and to follow the rules that apply there
• Experience in assembly, mechatronics, as an electrical fitter, service technician or production worker with a technical background is a plus, but not required
