Service Technician – Technical Installations

About the job

As a service technician you keep technical installations running properly in different buildings. The work varies. Every day brings different technical situations.

What you'll do

• Plan and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on technical installations
• Diagnose and fix complex faults, often under time pressure
• Check, test, and optimise control installations
• Make changes to building management systems and give advice on improvements
• Document completed work and communicate with clients and colleagues

What we ask

• Experience in servicing or maintaining technical installations
• Ability to solve technical problems on your own
• Knowledge of building management systems (BMS), or willingness to learn this quickly
