Service Technician Bridges, Locks and Tunnels

About the job

As a service technician for bridges, locks and tunnels, you maintain, inspect and repair electrotechnical systems. You work at unique locations and help keep important infrastructure safe and available. The work is varied. You combine technical skills, responsibility and teamwork.

What you'll do

• Maintain and inspect electrotechnical systems on bridges, locks and in tunnels
• Find and fix faults in electrotechnical systems
• Keep infrastructure objects safe and available
• Work together with a team of experienced technical specialists

What we ask

• MBO diploma (Dutch vocational qualification) at level 2, 3 or 4 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and experience with electronic systems
• Category B driving licence
• Flexible and able to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team
• Accurate, customer-oriented and safety-aware
• Able to make decisions and aware of costs

• Salary up to €5,000 gross per month, depending on experience and education
• Working week of 32 to 40 hours
