Medical Equipment Service Technician

About the job

As a service technician, you maintain, install, and repair medical equipment. The equipment is developed and produced by the client, a company active since 1926. You work mostly from home and travel to customers in the Breda area.

What you'll do

• You carry out regular and preventive maintenance on medical devices.
• You find technical faults and fix them at the customer's location.
• You install new machines and make sure they start up correctly and safely.
• You explain to customers how to use and maintain the equipment.
• You work closely with other service technicians to help customers well.
• You report ideas for technical improvements and help make the service better.

What we ask

• MBO level 3 diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or similar work experience.
• You work independently and in a hands-on way.
• Good communication skills and a focus on the customer.
• A professional attitude when visiting customers.
• Good command of Dutch, spoken and written.
• A valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel to customers.
• Knowledge of medical technology or healthcare technology is a plus.

• Salary from €2,600 to €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience and knowledge.
