Maintenance Technician / Fitter 3-shift

**About the job**

You work as a maintenance technician on a 3-shift schedule at a production facility in Sittard. You keep the production lines running, fix breakdowns, and carry out maintenance work.

**What you'll do**

• Find and fix technical faults
• Carry out preventive inspections
• Improve production processes
• Take part in daily team briefings
• Work together with other departments
• Report results at the end of your shift

Shift times: 06:30-14:30 / 14:30-22:30 / 22:30-06:30

Shift allowance: 20%

**What we ask**

• MBO-level education or experience (MBO is a Dutch vocational qualification, roughly equivalent to a technical trade certificate)
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• VCA certificate (VCA is a Dutch safety certificate for working in industrial environments), or willingness to obtain it
• Willingness to work a 3-shift schedule
• Ability to solve technical problems
• Good teamwork and communication skills
