Maintenance Technician

About the job

As a maintenance technician, you work with advanced logistics automation in an environment where innovation and precision go hand in hand. You make sure automated warehouse systems and intralogistics installations run safely and reliably. You use your technical knowledge to find faults, prevent recurring breakdowns, and contribute to system improvements. The client is based in Veldhoven and works with technology that plays a key role in producing the world's most advanced chip-making machines.

What you'll do

• Carry out preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on automated logistics systems and installations
• Analyse and fix electrotechnical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults
• Analyse fault data and spot patterns to prevent future problems
• Carry out inspections and monitor the quality and reliability of installations
• Work with colleagues and suppliers on maintenance projects and technical improvements

What we ask

• MBO+ diploma (Dutch vocational qualification at associate degree level) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
• Experience in industrial maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and technical drawings
• Experience with both preventive and corrective maintenance
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and to be on call for breakdowns

• Salary: €4,500 to €5,000 gross per month
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment
