About the job
You work as a technician in a team that builds and maintains high and medium voltage networks in the provinces of Noord-Brabant and Limburg. You are the technical expert in your team and you make sure projects are carried out safely.
What you'll do
- You advise your team on quality, inspection, maintenance, safety rules, earthing and HV/MV network components
- As the person responsible for work safety, you carry out switching operations and make sure working conditions on site are safe
- You lead the introduction of new technologies and train your team on them
- You manage assigned projects and take functional lead over how they are carried out
- You take part in regional and national project groups
What we ask
- A technical background in electrical engineering or energy (higher professional level), or a technical vocational qualification combined with solid practical experience in the field
- Experience working on projects and knowledge of high and medium voltage networks (components, maintenance methods, operations)
- Knowledge of BEI regulations (Dutch safety regulations for electrical installations), or willingness to obtain this; ability to stay calm under pressure and a focus on quality

Employment conditions
- Salary from €3,350 to €4,786 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week); with additional benefits total compensation can reach up to €6,511 gross per month
- ABP pension contribution of 70%
- Personal budget of 10% and a 13th month payment of 10.7% of annual gross salary, paid monthly or yearly
- 24.5 days of leave per year at full time, with the option to buy up to 35.5 extra days
