About the job

You work in a modern production hall, machining parts for hydraulic cylinders. Your work includes both conventional and CNC turning of metal components in various sizes and grades.

What you'll do

• Conventional and/or CNC turning (including teach-in) of various metal grades in different thicknesses and dimensions
• Working with small series and single parts
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and setting up CNC machines based on them
• Carrying out quality checks and measuring finished parts
• Writing measurement reports

What we ask

• Proven experience in conventional turning and/or metal cutting
• Ability to work independently and accurately, as part of a team, with a technical mindset
• Willingness to obtain certificates (Safe Lifting, Forklift and/or VCA (a Dutch health and safety certificate)) if you do not have them yet. The employer covers the cost.

What we offer

• Salary from €3,000 to €4,000 gross per month
• 32 to 40 hours per week, day shift only
• Choice of start time: 07:00 or 07:30 (end time 16:00 or 16:30 respectively)
• At full-time hours, up to 38 days off per year. As a temporary worker you receive 25 holiday days plus 13 ADV days (scheduled reduction of working hours, a Dutch CAO (collective labour agreement) benefit) paid out in cash
• Employment conditions equal to those of direct employees, including allowances, pension contribution and other pay components
• Possibility of a permanent contract and a pay rise after a positive evaluation
• Clean and spacious production hall in Apeldoorn, a company with over 60 years of experience in hydraulics manufacturing
