Forklift, Reach Truck and EPT Trainer

## About the job

An employer is looking for an ITM trainer to work at an international logistics organisation in Weert. You will train employees on forklifts, reach trucks, electric pallet trucks (EPT) and order picker trucks (OPT). You will also help keep the warehouse safe and the work quality high.

## What you'll do

• Give hands-on training on reach trucks, forklifts, EPT and OPT
• Train, coach and support employees on the work floor
• Carry out skills assessments and certifications
• Organise refresher training and extra safety instructions
• Record and track training results and certificates
• Spot safety risks and areas for improvement
• Support team leaders and the operations department in building safety awareness
• Answer ITM-related questions within the operation
• Help improve training methods and operational processes
• Report to the Business Process Manager and work closely with Team Leaders and the Operations department

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

## What we offer

• Gross salary from €2,732.05 to €3,393.41 per month based on full-time work (40 hours per week), depending on knowledge and experience
• Possibility to grow within the pay scale to €4,055.98 gross per month at full time
