Plasterer

**About the job**

The client is a medium-sized finishing company in Delfzijl. They work for private clients and businesses, on new construction and renovation projects, mainly in the Delfzijl region. You work on your own and sometimes with a colleague.

**What you'll do**

• Carry out plastering work independently, based on work orders
• Finish exterior facades, interior walls and ceilings
• Work on private homes and housing association properties
• Assess the situation and choose the right method
• Represent the company well when dealing with clients
• Act as a point of knowledge for your teammates

**What we ask**

• At least 2 years of experience as a plasterer and a completed vocational qualification in this trade
• Knowledge of all techniques: plastering, decorative plasters, sanding
• Experience with spackling or gypsum spraying is a plus, not a requirement
• Category B driving licence (required), own transport (a plus)
• VCA-basis certificate (a Dutch basic safety certificate for construction sites), or willingness to obtain it at no cost to you
• Good communication skills with colleagues and clients

**What we offer**

• Salary in line with the CAO SAG (a Dutch collective labour agreement for the plastering sector): €3,200 to €3,900 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

• Travel costs reimbursed
• Full time, 37.5 hours per week
• Training opportunities, including a wood rot repair course, a glazing course and a course for working on mobile elevated platforms
• Work clothing and safety footwear
• Choice of payment schedule: weekly, every 4 weeks or monthly
