All-round installation renovation fitter

About the job

You work on renovating pipe systems in existing buildings. Think sewer pipes, ventilation ducts and flue gas outlets. The work is done with a modern method, no breaking or demolition. Projects are carried out for housing corporations, homeowners associations and property managers across the Netherlands. You use specialist equipment: inspection cameras, milling robots and mobile workshops.

What you'll do

• Take part in pipe renovation using relining, a method where a plastic lining is applied inside existing pipes
• Work without breaking or demolition, so residents are not disturbed more than necessary
• Operate specialist equipment, including camera inspection systems and milling robots
• Carry out projects for clients in the property sector: housing corporations and homeowners associations
• Work on location at different sites across the Netherlands
• Deal with residents in a polite and professional way

What we ask

• A practical, technical mindset
• Experience in construction or a technical trade, for example as a plumber or fitter
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and residents
• No experience in installation renovation is fine, as long as you are handy and willing to learn

• Salary from €2,600 to €3,000 gross per month, based on experience and commitment
