Cashier and garden centre assistant

About the job

You work at the checkout in a garden centre and help out in different departments. No two days are the same. You serve customers and set up seasonal displays.

What you'll do

• Handle the checkout and process customer purchases.
• Answer customer questions and help them find what they need.
• Support other departments when needed.
• Build and maintain seasonal displays, for example the Christmas section.
• Stock and tidy the shelves, including toys, household items and cleaning products.

What we ask

• You speak Dutch. This is needed for daily work.
• You have a basic level of German. You can understand it and communicate simply.
• You are available for at least one weekend shift per week.
• You are friendly with customers and can work well in a team.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
