Salary: €3,800 – €4,800 gross per month

Your technical skills keep everything running.

As an All-round Maintenance Technician you make sure the installations run reliably. You find complex faults, carry out maintenance, and always look for ways to make things work better tomorrow.

The main focus is mechanical engineering. At the same time you work with electrical engineering, instrumentation, and control technology. That makes the work varied and lets you use your technical knowledge broadly.

## What you'll do

• Analyse and fix complex faults in process installations and utility systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and condition-based maintenance.
• Carry out repairs and corrective maintenance on production installations.
• Optimise mechanical systems and implement lasting improvements.
• Prepare and carry out modifications and expansions of installations.
• Support electrical, instrumentation, and control technology work.
• Take part in technical projects and improvement initiatives.
• Advise the production department on technical issues and problems.
• Report improvement proposals to the Maintenance Manager and Coordinator.
• Supervise subcontractors during maintenance and modification work.
• Follow procedures, safety rules, and work permits.
• Update technical drawings, documentation, and software.
• Record maintenance data and fault information in the maintenance management system.
• Attend maintenance meetings, projects, and continuous improvement teams.
• Participate in on-call duty.
• Contribute to quality, food safety, environment, order, and cleanliness.

We are looking for an experienced technician who can analyse technical problems independently and works well with production, colleagues, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Completed mbo-4 (Dutch vocational qualification at level 4) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial production environment.
• Experience with maintenance of process installations and utility systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, measurement and control systems, and the basics of control technology.
• Experience with electrical and instrumentation work (E&I).
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Willing to participate in on-call duty.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, and service-oriented way of working.

Experience in the food industry is an extra advantage.
