Logistics Deputy Team Leader

About the job

You are the right hand of the team leader. You keep the logistics processes running smoothly. You work on the warehouse floor and at the same time keep things in order and coordinate the team.

What you'll do

• You divide tasks among workers and check the progress of the work
• You make sure orders are completed on time and without mistakes
• You respond to problems and suggest solutions
• When needed, you step in for the team leader and keep work flowing during busy periods
• You look after safety, quality, and good teamwork

What we ask

• Experience in logistics, for example as a warehouse worker or meewerkend voorman (working supervisor who also does hands-on work)
• A natural ability to guide people and a proactive attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts when needed
